We boast two state-of-the-art powder paint coating lines, utilizing the latest in powder coating technology. From the initial wash to the final cure, our systems can handle parts ranging in size from as small as a quarter to as large as 8 feet long, 4 feet wide, and 6 feet tall. Our batch system is capable of managing parts up to 1200 lbs per flight bar.
In addition to our coating capabilities, we provide comprehensive surface finishing services, including grinding, deburring, part peening, edge rounding, and graining.
We also collaborate with industry experts to offer specialized finishes such as nickel plating, zinc chromate, black oxide, anodizing, and heat treating.
